Taylor Fox

Taylor is a dedicated JD/MBA candidate with a strong focus on the intersection of business and law, particularly in transactional law and mergers & acquisitions. During his recent internship with KPMG's M&A team, he assisted in evaluating acquisition exposures and identifying risks, providing valuable insights to clients. His professional experience also extends to working closely with in-house legal counsel teams on acquisition projects and supporting IPO preparations, where he gained hands-on experience in corporate governance and securities law. Taylor is also a Utah native. Born and raised in Utah County, he married his high school sweetheart and ran track and field at Weber State University. His background reflects a deep commitment to family, his discipline, and the community.
