Chad began his professional journey at Brigham Young University, where he completed his undergraduate studies in Actuarial Science. Following his graduation, he spent over 4 years in actuarial consulting in Seattle, specifically focusing on the health insurance sector.

During this period, Chad’s analyses and models helped guide client strategies and ensured regulatory compliance within the health insurance landscape.

In pursuit of broader business knowledge and leadership skills, Chad decided to return to his alma mater to undertake an MBA. An integral component of his MBA experience was securing a summer internship with Rothschild & Co in New York City. As an investment banking summer associate, Chad was exposed to the rigorous and demanding environment of M&A advisory, an experience that enriched his practical understanding of the finance sector.Currently, Chad is in the process of completing his MBA and has plans to rejoin Rothschild & Co upon graduation.

Outside the professional arena, he values and dedicates time to his family, often participating in outdoor activities together.
